Biography
Acoustic guitarist
Winner or Guitarist Magazine's Acoustic Guitarist or the Year 2002 award and a semifinalist for Perrier Young Musician 2001, he is a fast rising talent on the acoustic guitar scene. He has performed by invitation at Martin Taylor's guitar Festival in Kirkmichael, Scotland, at the Bath International Guitar Festival and the Birmingham NEC in addition to numerous dates at Arts Centers and clubs throughout the UK. Beyond performance he is a quest lecturer at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and delivers workshops on acoustic guitar around the UK for the Bath International Guitar Foundation.
In addition he teaches at colleges and schools around the North West and runs a private teaching practice.
He can claim Martin Taylor, Gordon Giltrap and Eric Roche as supporters and is building a steady fanbase through festival appearances and Workshops.
Beyond music he is a published humour author with several titles available.
