Originally graduating with an Honours degree in Fine Art, he turned professional musician in 1985, at first establishing teaching, workshop and recording facilities in Lancashire, then signing to record label Noise International (Berlin) and recording, videoing and touring throughout the UK and Europe. He has performed in almost every major music venue in Britain and Ireland (from Newport Centre to Hammersmith Apollo and all points in between) and in 1989 was guitarist with the first wester
