Terms & Conditions

The Artist agrees that any enquiries or re-bookings for the Client, Venue or any other party, which arises as a result of any engagements booked through this Agency, shall be negotiated solely through this Agency.

In the event of the Artist being unable to undertake the engagement due to serious illness or injury, a relevant medical certificate must be provided. No other reason for non-fulfilment of the contract by the Artist can be accepted except with the consent of the Client.

No substitute performer will be engaged by directive from the Artist without consent from the Agent and the Client. In case of illness every effort will be made to provide alternative entertainment.

The Artist must ensure that adequate Public Liability Insurance is
operational and that the Policy Document be sent to the Agency. The Agency will not deem themselves responsible for any act or omission by the Performer for Third Party Bodily Injury or damage to Third Party Property howsoever caused during the performance or in the setting up/dismantling of any equipment. We cannot book acts who do not provide us with proof of this insurance.

They will also ensure that all electrical equipment has been P.A.T. tested. Copies of current insurance certificates and equipment guarantees must be produced for the client or the agent upon request.
